Static security guarding
What is static guarding?
Static guarding provides a trained, licensed security presence at your premises for agreed hours, including continuous 24-hour cover where required. It is particularly suited to larger organisations, high-risk sites and locations that need the strongest visible security presence.
What do static security officers do?
Their primary role is preventing loss, protecting people and safeguarding property. Before deployment, we agree detailed site instructions with the client and complete the necessary induction. Duties can include access control, regular or random patrols, challenging unauthorised people and recording incidents for evidence or future reference.
Flexible guarding duties
Alongside standard security duties, we can provide reception security, basic out-of-hours call handling, visitor-pass administration, gatehouse duties and lone-worker checks. We tailor the service to your premises and work as part of your wider team.
How are night officers monitored?
Our night staff confirm their wellbeing at agreed intervals, with more frequent contact on higher-risk sites. Mobile patrol personnel also carry out routine and random supervisory visits. These measures support employee safety and give clients additional reassurance.
Can duties be tailored?
Yes. We can consider additional requests where they are appropriate, safe and compatible with the security role. Our priority is always to maintain professional standards and ensure officers can focus on protecting your people, premises and assets.
In a nutshell
Static guarding delivers a strong, professional security presence for sites that need continuous or higher-level protection.
